Coming soon to Your Home – The 5G Wi-Fi

Broadcam, NetGear and Buffalo Technology are expected to debut the latest advanced wireless technology at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) that supports the 5G Wi-Fi. 5G Wi-Fi is expected to provide data speed up to 1.3 Gbps, which is exactly double the speed of what today’s Wi Fi system. But the 5G Wi Fi technology not only promises speed, it will give you more. Here are the significant things that it is expected to deliver.

Improved support for Multiple Device Networks

Todays’ Wi-Fi system will surely fetch a problem if we connect multiple devices on a single network only. Video streaming, browser speed etc. are expected to fall down severely. But the 5g Wi-Fi system promises to deliver additional support for the multiple device connections. It will deliver seamless video streaming even if addition devices are simultaneously connected to the same network!

Breaking down Wi-Fi walls

The speed of 5G Wi-Fi will not decline even if there are some obstructions like walls in between the router and laptop. According to GigaOm, the 5G Wi-Fi compresses the signal just like a laser compresses the light. Therefore it will make the signal more powerful even if it has to pass through a few walls. As a result users will get satisfactory speed with full signal strength.

Better Video Streaming!

Now with the new 5G Wi-Fi technology video streaming has got even better. There will not be any more decline of picture quality. Users will get crystal clear picture clarity with uninterrupted video streaming. The 5G Wi-Fi taps into wider channels, as a result, it can carry more data with high precision. It is expected that, the next generation Wi-Fi will also able to stream even 3D videos!

With this high profile 5G Wi-Fi  technology it is sure that connectivity will become even better. It will be uninterrupted and comfortable- what more can a tech freak ask for?
