LG Unleashes Giant 84-inch Ultra-Resolution TV With Voice Recognition And Gesture Control

With less than 20 hours are remaining for Consumer Electronic Show to commence officially, LG Electronics has heated up the competition by launching a gigantic 84-inch TV. Wait; there is more to it than being just a TV. This TV will listen to you and will work as per your commands and gestures.

LG at CES 2012 unveiled this biggie and added some spice to it by announcing its additional features such as 3D gesture control, voice recognition and ultra-resolution. With the launch of this TV, LG has taken its cinema line of HDTVs to next level in interactivity as well as in size. This newbie from LG has 84-inch ultra-resolution screen with a bezel as thin as 1mm. The company has also announced that this TV will be available in different sizes too (for example, 55-inch and 60-inch).

LG revealed another feature of this beauty which is called as “Smart Share Plus”. The main advantage of this feature is that you can view what channel is up on your TV using your mobile phone all thanks to Wi-Fi. The new platform which is used by LG for creating this TV is also said to make developer’s life easier as they can develop apps for this TV more easily.
