LG Optimus 3D- Impression
When we first heard this news stating LG had invented 3D phone, we were little reluctant at the concept, but most surprisingly the all new LG Optimus 3D delivers all promises made by company.
Although the 3D experience won’t be like watching movies in theaters on big screens, it still has been packed with this unique 3D feature which you won’t find on any other smartphone in market.
The LG’s booth at Mobile World Congress, Barcelona was intensely crowded, though we got our hands on this new player by company. As you won’t be wearing any 3D glasses while using this smartphone, those familiar red and blue borders surrounding all objects cannot be seen. But all the objects like images or menus appear to be floating slightly above the screen. The effect however is hard to capture in camera but it’s there for sure.
This 3D smartphone also sports 3D menus as mentioned already; so when you scroll them down, it looks like they are floating over the screen (not very noticeable though). And as per us, it’s pretty cool feature to have. The device sports 1GHz Dual Core processor, 4.3-inch display, 8GB internal memory and some other col features like dual-memory and dual-channel architecture, a personal organizer, Wi-Fi and 3D recording capability. Amid the show-off of all these features we couldn’t get the pricing factor as it isn’t revealed yet by company!
On the flip side, not all options are accessible through this 3D menu and thus it will be interesting to watch how many time users will use this 3D menu. Still we must give credit to LG for inventing something new rather than stealing all the same features from other companies like some of the evolving cellphone manufacturers and operating system developers do!
As the Mobile World Congress progresses, we are sure to receive some decent as well as latest products from various smartphone companies. Rest be sure as we are on it and we will keep updating you constantly on the all the news and reviews.
